First of all, Doc Adam's approach to content creation is a delicate balance of information and occasional humor. His Taglish(mix of Tagalog-English) lines are very accessible, making him more appealing even to the general audience. He does not rely on arcane medical terms to spread his message or advocacy in medicine and health literacy for the Filipinos.
Doc Adam's humble beginning as a YouTuber, start with a YouTube Channel uploaded on October 12, 2017. It involves abscess removal, and we can hear him occasionally speaking Tagalog. He sporadically released content from 2017-2018 and became a household name to many Filipinos in 2019.
You should subscribe to his channel because his health tips are his way of presenting these topics humorously, and occasional skits with his trusty sidekick 'Buto indeed brings chuckles. The interactions and the naivety of Buto serve as the backbone of some of their videos. I guess the fans of the Doc Adam channel already had an earworm left by Buto's signature laughter.

His crusade mentioned above against alternative medicine and public figures who give away false health tips and endorse products without approved therapeutic claims put him in jeopardy. In his two videos(ominously titled Goodbye YouTube, Goodbye Facebook), both posted on his Facebook and YouTube Channel; he expressed his frustration that one day someone showed up in his clinic and handed him over a complaint. In these videos, we saw another side of Doc Adam; compared to the lively and uplifting vibe of most of his videos, the familiar atmosphere is missing; instead, he expressed his disappointment about the consequence of speaking the truth. This event led many Pinoy netizens to side with Doc Adam and proclaim ProtectDocAdam.

Fortunately, he came back after three weeks of hiatus with his lengthiest video ever(clocking nearly 30 minutes) titled 'Ang TOTOO .' In this video, he debunked doctor's claims in alternative medicine, which he often criticized in several videos. Since his hiatus, he is producing quality content that continues to educate Filipinos about healthy living and dispel health myths most Filipinos believe.
